It's time for the big reveal! Here is my finished blue nudibranch:
The blue tube like structures at the top of the head area are called rhinophores which sense smell and taste. Sticking out from both sides of the mouth (outlined in yellow) are the oral tentacles that may aid the beastie in identifying taste or smell.
These pretty decorations are actually the gills and reside on the back of this particular nudibranch.
I hope you enjoyed my creation and learning a little about these gorgeous toxic sea creatures.
